Terms of Service

returnbob provides link shortening, QR code generation, and analytics services. By using returnbob you accept these Terms of Service.

You must be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You retain ownership of your content. You grant returnbob a license to store and serve your links and QR codes. You are solely responsible for the content you publish.

You may not use returnbob for: illegal content, spam, phishing, malware distribution, adult content, copyright infringement, or any activity that violates applicable law.

Free plans are provided as-is. Paid plans are billed in advance. Refunds are provided within 14 days of purchase if the service is materially defective.

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where possible.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Account data is removed within 30 days of deletion.

returnbob is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified 14 days in advance by email or in-app notice.
